SPI promises to bring professionalism to each case we investigate. We understand that it can be difficult to call someone like us, but we will respect your rights to privacy.
We bring recording devices to your home/business to capture evidence of paranormal activity, but they are only used with the homeowner/business owner's permission. Our case files are generally only posted for locations we've captured paranormal evidence, HOWEVER clients requesting confidentiality will be granted such rights. In this event all materials concerning location and findings will only be kept as SPI knowledge.
We are not amateurs and have had varying degrees of experience. Part of what we have learned is making our clients feel comfortable during these times of uncertainty and fear. We will bring a levelheaded and logical approach, while providing a comfortable atmosphere onto your property, in essence, taking care of the most important thing, ensuring you're comfortable with our presence.
We will help you to understand the nature of the problem(s) and supply you with the information to understand why this may be happening and how little danger is actually involved. We will listen to your experiences and concerns to better help us initially define the focus of our search. We will then set up our equipment and begin trying to recreate and/or debunk personal experiences in an attempt to find evidence either for or against said paranormal activity.
Following our investigation we will review all materials thoroughly and conclude whether there is evidence of paranormal activity. Once all materials have been reviewed, any valid material will be brought to you for your review and we can offer suggestions and/or aid.
You are welcome to copies of any of the recorded media and our phone is always available should you continue to need help, comfort or support..
We do this free of charge. We will not accept any money for this service whatsoever. All expenses will be covered by our membership dues and advertisements.
Remember, though we like to enjoy ourselves and have fun, we understand your fear and the seriousness of your situation and will do our best to ease your mind.
